追加料金について
In addition to the lesson fee, the following charges may apply:
Make-up lesson fee: ¥500 (for rescheduling made at least 24 hours in advance)
Bank transfer fees: if applicable, to be covered by the customer
レッスン料金以外に、以下の料金がかかる場合があります：
振替手数料： ¥500（24時間前までの振替の場合）

キャンセル・返金ポリシー
For lessons canceled at least 24 hours in advance, we offer a make-up lesson with a ¥500 rescheduling fee.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, no make-up lesson or refund will be offered.
ご予約されたレッスンの24時間前までにキャンセルのご連絡をいただいた場合、500円の振替手数料で振替レッスンをご案内いたします。
24時間以内のキャンセルの場合、振替や返金の対応はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。

Lessons are provided according to the scheduled time, after payment is confirmed.
For prepaid packages, the schedule will be arranged with the student or guardian.
レッスンは、ご入金確認後、予約された日時に実施されます。
事前に複数回分をご購入いただいた場合は、スケジュールを個別に調整いたします。

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash (for in-person lessons)

Payment Period
お支払い期間
Payment must be made before the lesson takes place.
For monthly packages or ongoing plans, payment should be completed by the last business day of the previous month.
For short-term packages (e.g., a 3-month intensive course), payment must be made in full before the first lesson.
Payments will continue to be charged regularly until the student requests cancellation.
お支払いは、レッスン実施前までにお願いいたします。
月額プランや継続的なサービスの場合は、前月の最終営業日までにお支払いください。
**短期パック（例：3ヶ月の集中講座）**の場合は、初回レッスン前に一括でのお支払いをお願いしております。
解約のご連絡があるまで、毎月自動的にお支払いが継続されます。
